THE KAWAN SG STORY
From agency work
to running Kawan SG full-time.
K used to work at an agency, helping people apply for PR, SC and LTVP. Even then, K felt the service fees were quite high.
Many Malaysians working in Singapore earn modest salaries and do not have much spare cash. Spending a large sum on application services does not feel like good value.
Agencies pay for office space, marketing and advertising, so their fees naturally add up. Those costs are ultimately passed on to you. But K believes you should not need to pay that much simply to have your application handled properly.
So K decided to work independently. There is no office or big team to pay for. K personally prepares the documents and answers WhatsApp messages. Keeping those costs down makes a more reasonable fee possible.
This is K’s full-time work. K brings that agency experience to every application: checking the documents, reviewing the content with you, helping with submission once you have confirmed everything, and following up on additional documents. A friendly fee still comes with professional, efficient support.
K chose the name Kawan SG because kawan means “friend” in Malay. K hopes you feel comfortable asking for help, the way you would ask a friend. If something is unclear, just ask K. Your application will receive the care it needs.
